In my search for a balance to my demanding job and everyday life, I have tried various ways of relaxation and inner balance, including Pilates, Yoga and energy work. The decisive turning point, however, was my discovery of the Tai Chi school, where I was able to find a deeper connection to energy work and calmness in movement.
Thanks to my experience with Healing Eurythmy and other energetic practices, I quickly realised that Tai Chi was the right path for me. It gives me more energy, inner serenity, joy and lightness and leads to constant development on a physical, mental and emotional level. Since then, Tai Chi has become an integral part of my life. I practise several times a week, both in person and online, to constantly deepen my practice.
I have been practising the Original Yang Style at Tai Chi Vienna since December 2016.
In 2019 I started to learn the sword form, and since 2022 I have been taking part in the special training for advanced practitioners and teaching at the Tai Chi school.
It is a pleasure and commitment to me to share the valuable experiences and positive changes that Tai Chi brings.
