The presence courses are the heart of our Tai Chi school.
Our students can attend classes up to 3x/week at their level.
Additionally included in the course fee are our online trainings and videos.
Course content: Qigong exercises, Chi Kung/Standing Mediation, movements from the Tai Chi form that are put together into a sequence over time.
Duration: One Tai Chi session lasts 1 hour.

Once the sequence of the form has been mastered, we move on to the advanced stages. This is where it gets really exciting 🙂
It is therefore important and sensible to assume certain knowledge.
Prerequisites:
To accompany the online training, we also have training videos that you can stream from our members' page.
With the videos you can practise at any time - independent of the course times - and also repeat each exercise as often as you like.
