How to learn Tai Chi online
Tai Chi and Qigong function according to so-called "internal" principles. As we have been teaching Tai Chi for more than 25 years we are experienced to convey these principles verbally and demonstrate them in an explicit way. With regular practice, they are worked into the body, "internalised“.
Following the Tai Chi principles, our life force Chi flows smoothly as physical and energetic blockades become fewer and fewer. So the Chi throughout your body is constantly increasing!
Usually already after a short time the typical effects of Tai Chi and Qigong will appear: a special, pleasant body sensation, physical and mental relaxation, serenity.
