Every crisis is also an opportunity: our online classes were created in the wake of the Corona Crisis in March 2020.
We didn't want our community to be without Tai Chi during this uncertain time. Having experienced ourselves for decades how much support Tai Chi can give in uncertain times, it was immediately clear to us: movement, relaxation, centering we can all especially need now. In crises, we should all actually practice Tai Chi even more than usual.
The online classes had their didactic challenges and we learned every week. The biggest challenge was to make the experience of Tai Chi palpable at home, but we managed that too. Our students appreciate the online classes and so they will continue to be part of our course offerings.
The advantages of a Tai Chi Vienna online course at a glance:
To accompany the online training, we also have training videos that you can stream from our members' page.
With the videos you can practise at any time - independent of the course times - and also repeat each exercise as often as you like.
