You might ask yourself: is it possible to learn Tai Chi and Qigong online?

The answer is: YES!

Over the last few years we have developed a method for you to learn our Tai Chi and Qigong style online - from the comfort of your own home!

This is ideal if you live so far away that you can't come to class every week!

So with our online programme you don't have to miss out on Tai Chi, Qigong and its wonderful effects on body and soul ☺️

So how does it work?

The Tai Chi Vienna Online Package:

  • Online classes several times a week:
    Beginner classes, Tao exercises (Qigong), Tao massage and meditation
  • Training videos
  • Flexible participation in face-to-face classes if you are nearby
  • Form correction seminars (weekend)

Beginners

When you start to learn Tai Chi you are a "beginner".

Contents of these courses:

  • TAO exercises (Qigong)
  • Chi Kung (meditative standing)
  • Movements of the Tai Chi form up to "On", which are put together over time.

After the beginners' programme, the course continues:

  • Part 1: first part of the Original Yang Style long form
  • Part 2: second part of the form
  • Part 3: third part of the form

Advanced students

Once the sequence of the form has been mastered, we move on to the advanced stages. This is where it gets really exciting 🙂

The courses build on each other!

It is therefore important and sensible to assume certain knowledge.
Prerequisites:

  • for Part 1 courses: beginners' course
  • for Part 2 courses: Part 1
  • for Part 3 courses: Part 2
  • for advanced courses:
    Knowledge of the entire form of the Original Yang Style

Our training videos

To accompany the online training, we also have training videos that you can stream from our members' page.

With the videos you can practise at any time - independent of the course times - and also repeat each exercise as often as you like.
