The course is designed so that you can take much of what you learn directly into your everyday life and continue practicing at home. This way, you enhance the beneficial effects on body, mind, and spirit.

Tai Chi and Qigong have most positive effects on all levels of our being:

they release tension, support balance, increase elasticity and mobility of muscles and joints.

emotional

they balance and calm, they support us in finding our center, bring positive thoughts and happiness - we call it "Happy Chi".

they calm the mental chatter, increase concentration and focus, but also bring our attention from the mind to the body, they have a grounding effect.
