We offer Tai Chi and Qigong classes for beginners and advanced: online and in our school in Vienna.

What is Tai Chi?

In short: Tai Chi is meditation in motion. In our Tai Chi sessions you learn to strengthen the energies of your body and to use them correctly. Simple movements create a sense of well-being, calm your thoughts and sharpen your concentration.

But we prefer to let experience speak for itself: Just try Tai Chi for yourself in a taster seminar!

How do I learn at Tai Chi Vienna?

We offer a unique combination of live training (face-to-face and online) and training videos.

Whenever one moves, the entire body is light and nimble, and each part of the body is connected together like a string of pearls. Qì resonates like a drum, the spirit internalizes.
